Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the text, photographs, videos, illustrations and brand identity published on this site are created for Madrilena and protected by copyright.
Reproducing, displaying, adapting or reusing them, in whole or in part and in any medium, requires prior written permission. Short quotations remain possible within the limits set by law, provided the source is credited and linked back to this site.
Trade marks, trade names, logos and content belonging to third parties — in particular those of partner brands and of the TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn platforms — remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Their appearance on this site, including inside photographs or videos, grants no assignment, licence or right of use.
External and partner links
Some links on this site — and only those — are partner or affiliate links. Depending on the partnership, I may earn a commission or receive a benefit when a sign-up or a purchase is made through one of them, at no extra cost to you. Those links are flagged where they appear.
Every other outbound link is a plain reference, with nothing in return.
The sites these links lead to have their own terms of use and their own privacy policies, over which I have no control. The offers, prices and commercial terms they display are set by their own operators and may change at any time.
Published information and liability
The information published on this site is provided for general guidance. It is written carefully and updated regularly, but it cannot be guaranteed to be exhaustive or up to date.
The content about veterinary studies and about applying to universities in Spain describes a personal experience. This site is neither a university, nor a public authority, nor a careers service: programmes, entry requirements, fees and procedures change regularly. Before taking any step, rely only on the information given by the institutions concerned and by the competent authorities.
Nothing on this site amounts to veterinary, medical, legal or financial advice.
I do everything I reasonably can to keep the site accurate and available, without being able to promise uninterrupted access. I cannot be held liable for downtime beyond my control, or for a plainly inappropriate use of the information published here. This reservation does not apply where the law forbids it.
Personal data
This site runs no audience measurement, uses no advertising pixel and offers neither user accounts nor a newsletter. The contact form sends whatever you type into it to contact@madrilena.fr, for the sole purpose of answering you. A strictly functional cookie remembers your language choice; it does nothing else.
The site’s privacy policy sets out these uses in detail, along with the rights you can exercise.
No online sales
This site sells no product or service and takes no payment: there is no basket, no customer account and no invoicing. Commercial collaborations start with a message and are settled by a separate agreement between the parties.
Governing law
This site and this legal notice are governed by French law. If something goes wrong, write to me first — an amicable solution is nearly always within reach. Failing agreement, the dispute falls to the competent French courts.
